Grateful Hearts, Shared Hope
Happy Thanksgiving to all our dear families.
Today we pause and give thanks for what we have: a warm meal, a safe home, and the people who fill our lives with love, even when it feels like only a little.
This is not a holiday of one religion, one origin, or one gender. It is a day of gratitude. Because no matter what we believe, the same blood runs through all our veins, we all have a soul, and we all feel the same pain and the same joy.
And somewhere tonight, a family has nothing at all, and what feels small to us could be their whole world.
We are thankful for the quiet and peace we have here, on this land, and we wish peace and calm to everyone living through war, pain, and hunger, and to everyone without a roof over their head, facing the winter in a tent. May they know true freedom.
As long as we stand together and keep thinking of one another, even the little becomes enough, and the world becomes a better place.
